Rest assured, you're in the right place.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

Getting great sleep really can change your life. I'm here to support you with getting the best sleep you can, so you can function at your best and actually enjoy the amazing journey of parenthood.

My approach

My aim is to make sleep simple.

Welcome, I’m Charlotte Evans - Level 5 OCN certified Infant Sleep Consultant (with distinction), founder of The Good Snooze Company, and mum to two amazing boys.

Like so many of the parents I work with, I know first-hand how exhausting it can be to balance a career with motherhood. When I had two-under-two while working in my corporate role, the only thing that kept me going was the gift of solid, restorative sleep.

That’s why I created The Good Snooze Company - to help parents like you find simple, science-backed solutions to sleep struggles.  I take a holistic view of your baby’s sleep, not just what's happening overnight, so your whole family can get the sleep you need.

My solutions are responsive and will support you with setting healthy boundaries that encourage independent sleep. My aim is to help you achieve longer stretches of sleep for your baby, calmer nights for your family, and the energy and focus you need for both your home and your professional life.

I’m here to help you reclaim your rest, your evenings, and your sanity, so you can feel like yourself again and show up as the professional and parent you want to be.

I'm here to make sleep one less thing to worry about.

Love, Charlotte xx

FAQs

How Do I Get Started If I'd Like A Consultation?

I am so pleased that you have decided that now is the right time to get sleep support for your family. The first step would be to choose a suitable date for your consultation via the booking page - I suggest at least 5 days in advance. Once you're all booked in, you will be sent a questionnaire and a 3-day sleep diary to complete - both should be returned to me around 48 hours before your consultation (hence booking 5 days in advance). On the day of your consultation I will call you via FaceTime where we will discuss your questionnaire and sleep diary, my recommendations, and any questions you may have. I will then share your comprehensive sleep plan via email and you will then have my support via email for 2 weeks after the session.

What If It Doesn't Work?

When I'm working with a family I will never give any guarantees of success - It would not be fair of any sleep consultant to do that. However, what I can guarantee is that you will gain knowledge, confidence, and my support to encourage your baby to sleep well independently. Within the 2 week support period you should start to see improvements in your baby's sleep, but every baby is different and may progress through the plan at different rates. I may also suggest changes to the original sleep plan depending on how your little one is responding.

Want to know the biggest factor for success when it comes to your baby's sleep plan? You! Consistency, commitment and confidence from the parents is so important when implementing the changes in the sleep plans.

Can I Still Breastfeed Whilst Working on Sleep?

Of course! Many families that I work with are breastfeeding their baby whilst working through their sleep support plan. However if you are looking to reduce night feeds or would like to move away from midnight 'comfort feeds',  then I can certainly support you with that too.
